Terms of Use

Welcome to WeighMemo (体重速记, "the app"), developed and operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
1. The service
The app is a personal weight log. It offers weight logging, trend charts, goals, a daily reminder and, where available, cloud sync with Sign in with Apple. The app is free and has no in-app purchases or ads.
2. Accounts
- All logging features work without an account. Cloud sync, where available, requires Sign in with Apple.
- Keep your Apple Account secure. Actions taken through your account are treated as your own.
- You can delete your account at any time from Me → Goal & Height → Delete Account. Synced data is then deleted and can't be recovered.
3. Not medical advice
BMI, trends and other figures in the app are for personal reference only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor about any health concerns.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the app for unlawful purposes, interfere with the server, or try to access other people's data.
5. Your data and our liability
- Your data belongs to you. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We work to keep the service reliable and your data safe, but to the extent permitted by law we aren't liable for interruptions caused by network failures or events beyond our control. We recommend exporting a CSV backup from time to time.
- If we ever stop offering cloud sync, we'll tell you in the app in advance and give you time to export your data.
6. Changes
If these terms change, we'll let you know in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
